- 1 head cauliflower, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 head of broccoli, also cut into bite-sized florets
- 1 cup of walnuts, chopped roughly
- 1/2 cup sultanas or golden raisins
- 1/4 cup of chopped onions
- Salt to taste
- A dash of black pepper
- 1 cup Greek yogurt or sour cream
- 2–3 tbsps mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp white sugar
- 1 tsp wine vinegar
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the cauliflower and broccoli pieces. Stir in the onions, golden raisins and walnuts
- For the dressing, whisk together Greek yogurt or sour cream, mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
- Drizzle the creamy dressing over the vegetables, and toss well to coat every piece.
