Spruce up your next potluck with a vibrant cauliflower and broccoli salad! This recipe is packed with fresh flavors and healthy goodness.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 head of broccoli, also cut into bite-sized florets
  • 1 cup of walnuts, chopped roughly
  • 1/2 cup sultanas or golden raisins
  • 1/4 cup of chopped onions
  • Salt to taste
  • A dash of black pepper
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt or sour cream
  • 23 tbsps mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp white sugar
  • 1 tsp wine vinegar

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix the cauliflower and broccoli pieces. Stir in the onions, golden raisins and walnuts
  2. For the dressing, whisk together Greek yogurt or sour cream, mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  3. Drizzle the creamy dressing over the vegetables, and toss well to coat every piece.
