Description
An easy, delicious sandwich from chicken bits and a base spread of either mayonnaise or yogurt and chopped vegetables.
Ingredients

- 1 cup diced cooked chicken or shredded chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 onion, diced
- ½ each of salt and ground black pepper (or to taste)
- a pinch of sugar
- a gentle squeeze of 1/4 of a lemon (optional)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients well.
- Spread onto your choice of sandwich bread.
- Add your choice of toppings such as sliced tomatoes, cucumbers and lettuce.
- Serve and enjoy or pack for lunch or any get-together.
