Description
This ground beef recipe is easy to cook and delicious even without rice. The shredded cabbage gives it a nice tease and a satisfying flavor.
Ingredients

- 1/2 k lean ground beef
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 small onion (diced)
- 1 small carrot (diced)
- 1/2 cup green beans (cut up)
- 2 tbps corn kernels
- 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 2 tbsps vegetable oil
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 3 tbsps oyster sauce
Instructions
- Sautee garlic in oil until golden brown. Add the onions and stir for another minute.
- Add ground beef, stir until all juices evaporate.
- Add soy sauce, salt and pepper, and the rest of the vegetables; cover, and simmer for about 5 minutes, adding a little water if the mixture becomes dry.
- Transfer onto a dish.
- Using the same pan (expect traces of oil here), stir the shredded cabbage until slightly limp; place side by side with the ground beef and veggies on the same plate.
