For the dressing

4 tbsp olive oil
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp black pepper
1/8 tsp sugar (optional)

Instructions

Mix all salad ingredients except chopped parsley..
Add dressing, if using. Mix further by a few turns.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley.

Notes

Salad is ready after mixing. If you are using the dressing, it is best to sprinkle it about 5 minutes before serving.
