Ingredients

- 250 g minced chicken (or chicken breast, cut up)
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 small-sized onion (chopped)
- 2 tbsps cooking oil
- Salt and ground black pepper to taste
- 1 head broccoli (cut up)
- ½ cup water
Instructions
- Sautee garlic and onion in cooking oil for a couple of minutes.
- Add chicken breast and cook stirring until the juices come out.
- Add broccoli. Stir for a couple of minutes.
- Add salt, pepper and water and simmer till vegetables are done.
