Buttered Salmon in Garlic and Lemon


  • 1 slice of salmon (about 200g)
  • 50 g butter
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Half a head of garlic (minced)
  • Juice of one lemon


  1. Gently fry garlic in olive oil until golden. Add butter and lemon. Lay the salmon slice onto the mix-ture and allow it to boil slowly until the salmon becomes golden and the mixture is almost dry.
  2. Serve with hot streamed fried rice with your favorite vegetables or with fried rice with left-over chicken nuggets. Chicken Nuggets Fried Rice
