  • 2 tsps brown sugar

  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil

  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds – for garnish

Instructions

  • Cook udon noodles in a pot of boiling water for 2 minutes or until they are separated and aldente. Rinse in cold water and drain excess water. Set aside.
